Change Your Story, Change Your Life!

Did you know that you're telling yourself a story about your reality, every single day?  

I'm serious, every night before you go to bed, you have a general idea of who you are (usually based off of previous experiences from yesterday, last week, last month, last year, childhood, etc.) and you wake up the next morning validating that same idea of yourself, EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Quite often, part of (if not all of) the story you're telling yourself is negative.

I used to tell myself, "I can't lift that much weight anymore, especially after I had ulnar nerve surgery and my back used to bother me and it's been almost 20 years since I worked out blah, blah, blah..."    

But guess what, I just recently set a personal record for myself (in the picture above) and I'm really only just getting started again and I plan to SHATTER many more PR's in the coming months and years!!!!! 

But maybe your story sounds similar...

  • I'm getting old
  • I'm unhealthy or sick
  • I'm fat
  • I'm ugly (or bald in my case haha)
  • I'm injured
  • I get bad headaches
  • I have bad knees, shoulders, etc.
  • I'm allergic to ________
  • No one likes me
  • I'm so unlucky
  • I'm gonna be single forever
  • Everyone in my family is overweight (has cancer, diabetes, had a heart attack, insert ailment), so I'm gonna have that too

I'm not good enough or I can't do this or that or whatever story you're telling yourself...

But I'm here to tell you, that:

You Have To Change Your Story,
In Order To Change Your Life!

If you continue telling yourself that you're sick or fat or ugly or weak or whatever, you're always going to FEEL that way and every day you're gonna wake up like it's groundhogs day validating that same feeling OVER and OVER again.

Instead, what I want you to start doing and what I tell ALL my clients to do, is start re-writing your story each night

If you're not in the best of health right now, practice remembering what it felt like to be healthy when you were younger and ask yourself, "how would healthy me feel?", "what and how would healthy me be doing, thinking, acting?"

Cause I'll tell you right now, the healthy you doesn't think about getting sick!

If you've never been able to lose weight and always fall off the wagon and "think of yourself as being fat", then start FEELING like you're skinny...ask yourself, "how does skinny me feel?", "what would skinny me be doing, thinking acting?"

Cause I'll tell you right now, the "skinny" you doesn't entertain a thought about being overweight!

If you're not as strong as you want to be, if you're not as good looking as you want to be, whatever if is for you...

Start putting yourself in the shoes of the version of YOU that you want to manifest in your life, EVERY SINGLE DAY!

You create your life first in thought, then in feeling, and then in action and you give energy (and life) to every thought that you have, which is why you want your thoughts and actions to be as conscious as possible!

You don't want your subconscious mind just re-creating your life on repeat each and every day, which most of us actually allow to happen.
